We are committed to providing quality products and responsive customer service. Many of our products are made to order, personalized, or produced specifically for you. If you have questions about a product, customization, an existing order, or an issue with an item you received, please contact us.

Orders & Custom Products
Please review all product details, sizing information, personalization instructions, spelling, names, dates, and other custom information carefully before submitting your order.
For personalized or custom-made products, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Because these products are created specifically for the customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
Colors, placement, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly from product photos due to differences in materials, production methods, screens, and the handmade or customized nature of certain products.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters production or is shipped. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout when required.
Shipping
Processing times vary by product and are listed on the applicable product page whenever possible.
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders
Because many Those Papi Eyes products are made to order or personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or incorrectly submitted personalization information.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
